All invoices will be paid via the Credit Card on File on April 27th starting at 9 a.m. If you wish to pay cash, YOU MUST CALL OUR OFFICE to notify our staff to not process your credit card. For any item over $1000, a cashiers check w/ bank letter of proof of funds, wire transfer, or cash is required at pick up. By bidding on an item, the bidder is entering into a legal binding contract. Bidding is "ebay style" , the highest bid wins. Items must be picked up on April 28th from 9 a.m to 12 p.m. unless other arrangements are made in advance. All items are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or applied. All descriptions are believed to be accurate. Bidding: Please build an account and follow the details to bid on the current on auction. Bidding errors: Please be mindful when bidding, pay attention to where and how much you are bidding on interested items. If you do make a mistake, typo, or put your bidder number in the bid area, please contact us immediately by email or the online form. After the auction has closed, no changes or reversing bid will be done. Auction Closing: After the auction closes you will receive an email invoice only if you had the winning bid. Please check your email the day of pick up for any additional instructions. Please check your spam and delete files as sometimes emails can be sent to these folders. Pick up: Items must be picked up on April 28, 2017 unless other arrangements are made in advance. All items are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or applied. All descriptions are believed to be accurate. Please bring a copy of the emailed invoice you receive. Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of any and all items you won. Please bring the needed supplies and help to safely remove your items. That includes but not limited to boxes and packing materials, trucks / trailers and additional labor to move items. You can send movers to remove items, but no items are allowed to be removed until the invoice has been paid in full. How the Auction closes: Staggered Closing: The online auction closes 1 lot per 30 seconds. If an item receives a bid within 5 minutes of ending the item will be extended 5 additional minutes. Please remember to hit the refresh button to know the time remaining on any items and current price; you can also hit the review bids button to view the bids you have made. IMPORTANT! The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items. Terms for firearm: If high bidder picks firearm up locally they can do so at Cypress Creek Outfitters. You will have to pass a background check at the cost $30 for registration & check. The hours of Cypress Creek Outfitters are 12 to 5 pm Wednesday thru Friday and open from 12 to 2 pm on Saturday. They can be reached at 731-847-2374. If the high bidder needs shipped it will be at their expense and must be shipped to a valid FFL in your area.
