A very nice estate in West Knoxville. Beautiful furniture pieces, vintage items, gold, silver, and other various household items. Please be sure to bring help for large items you purchase. If you cannot get help, let us know and we can recommend a mover we have used it the past to help you get your large items picked up and delivered to you. I would suggest to let us know as soon as possible to guarentee their availabiltiy. Lots 73-155 are upstairs. Any large items you purchase in this range please plan and be aware steps will be involved. There is limited parking at this estate, therefore we are limiting pickups to 4 an hour. If you do not schedule a time you may have to wait behind those who do, so please use signup genius to lessen congestion and make thing more expedient. Large items will NOT be available for shipping.
