Auctioneer may withdraw, extend, or rearrange any property or item(s) at their sole discretion at any time without notice and will not be liable for any computer, website or internet malfunction. All properties are sold, "AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS", without any warranties expressed or implied or guarantees of any kind. Agent represents the seller only and does not inspect properties on bidder's behalf. All information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed, buyer is to verify ALL information, to their satisfaction before bidding. It is up to the auctioneer to approve or disapprove bidders. GUN PURCHASERS RULES 1. It is your responsibility to know your state laws before bidding. 2. Must be 18 years of age to purchase long guns or long gun ammo. 21 years of age to purchase a handgun, pistol grip long gun, gun parts or handgun ammo. 3. You must have a valid drivers license with a photo. Your address must match your drivers license. Guns will NOT be transferred until you have proper identification. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTION! 4. All purchases shipped must be arranged by you with your local FFL DEALER ONLY. NO FIREARM WILL BE SHIPPED TO A C&R COLLECTOR! NO EXCEPTIONS! 5. Buyer will pay a $25 FFL Processing Fee on every firearm purchased. All TN buyers will also pay a $10 personal criminal background check per group of firearms purchased before any firearm can be picked up. All out of state buyers may be subject to a NICS fee if applicable. 6. STRAW Purchase: You must be the actual purchaser of the firearms. You & Only You. NOT intended for anyone else. Not for spouse, friend, neighbor, child, etc. 7. You must PAY the auction cashiers FIRST. 8. DO NOT BID if you are wanted for ANY reason, owe the court, have anything in your past that may still be on your record or if your drivers license does not match your address. 9. DO NOT BID if you think you will be denied. If you are denied after your background check, the gun will be resold on your behalf and at your expense. NO REFUNDS! 10. WE DO NOT SELL GUNS TO NONRESIDENT ALIENS. 11. Out of State Purchases: ALL firearms will be shipped to an FFL DEALER ONLY NO C&R dealers!!! NO Exceptions!!! NO SALES to CALIFORNIA or HAWAII!!! Items not transferred within 10 days are subject to be resold at buyers expense, without notice. Buyers incur all shipping costs. 12. 12. NO OUT OF STATE AMMO OR GUN PART SALES!!! AMMO OR GUN PARTS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED!!! IT MUST BE PICKED UP!!! 13. Please check ALL guns before firing them as they are sold as is and are from an estate. 14. Items not picked up or shipped within 10 days WILL BE RESOLD without notice at your expense. NO REFUNDS! 15. You CAN NOT purchase a gun if you have been convicted of a crime punishable by an imprisonment exceeding 1 year or indictment, you are a felon or a fugitive of justice, a substance abuser, have DUI's, declares mentally defective or committed to a mental institution, dishonorably discharged from the armed forces, are an illegal alien, renounced your US citizenship, have a restraining order for harassment, stalking, threatening a person or have been convicted of a crime of violence. Gun Pickup/Removal: Purchases can be picked up at: Swango's Precision Firearms located at 7272 Saint Clair Rd., Whitesburg, TN 37891 by appointment only. NO WALK-INS. Call 423-235-1022 to set up your pick-up time. Swango's Precision Firearms will be open on Monday, August 22nd from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM by appointment only. All firearms being shipped must be arranged between your local FFL Dealer and Swango's Precision Firearms. All firearms being shipped will be charged a $20.00 packing and handeling fee. You are responsible to arrange for and pay for shipping, packing and handeling.
