Please pay attention to descriptions; stock photos have been used and retail item descriptions for details on the items. E-MAILS: If you are not recieving our E-mails at any time- first check your junk/spam folder before contacting. REGISTERING: 1. Register EARLY online so you are ready to bid. Feel free to setup a max bid on HiBid. 2. Ensure your payments are completed by the PICKUP DATE, even if you are unable to pick your item(s) up that day. I will do by best to get back with you as soon as possbile* PAYMENTS: Full payment is due at the close of each auction- no exceptions. At the conclusion of the auction, invoices will be sent out at 8AM the day after auction closes. If applicable, shipping and/or delivery costs will be calculated ASAP and you will be notified of the estimate cost. All convience fees charged by running credit/debit cards will be at the cost of the BUYER (these normally range around 3%). Please contact us if you plan to pay cash at the time of pickup. We do allow cards to be run at the time of pickup using our Square system- this fee will be 3%; contact us if this is the method you choose, otherwise we will run all online cards on file at the time of invoicing. *CASH- If you are paying cash at the time of pickup, please make sure you have the correct amount due. We might not always have the ability to make change at the time of payment due to change shortages across the country. We do have ATM's/Banks close to our location. BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot. SALES TAX: MC's Deals will collect sales tax on all items in this auction, as required by TN state law. TN also requires Sales Tax on Shipping and Handling. Handling fee is $12 for the first box, an additional $7.50 per each additional box it takes to ship your items.* -By bidding you agree to these terms- TN also requires Sales Tax on Shipping and Handling. Packages are mailed with a tracking number and become your responsibility at the point the tracking number becomes active by the shipping carrier.
