32.4 Acres located directly on US 231 Shelbyville Pike in Christiana, TN to be offered in 3 tracts. Tracts 1 & 2 on survey will be combined for a total of 10.52 acres with two 4 bedroom septic permits. Tract 3 on survey consists of 11.14 acres with 4 bedroom septic permit. Tract 5 on survey conists of 10.74 acres with 4 bedroom permit. All tracts have access to Consolidated Utility District Water and MTEMC electric. Tracts 3 & 5 will have shared access 24 feet wide across US 231 state right of way due to state regulations. Yellow marker lines on survey image show access points. Seller will be installing culverts and gravel for access to the tracts. Restrictions include: Minimum 2000 sq. ft. under roof, no mobile, modular or manufactured homes, no junkyards, no commercial chicken or hog operations.
