A 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price of live on site bidders. Internet bidders: 15% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price. Personal Property: Cash, credit/debit card, or approved check day of sale. A 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price for live on site bidders. You are responsible for the removal of any personal property items that you purchase. Pick up day is Monday, October 18, 2021 from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. All items that are not picked up will be resold or thrown away.
