Description	South Family Online Estate Auction This is the second event of the Estate. The First Event is a Live Auction on June 5th @ 9am (also preview day for the online Auction) The Buyers are responsible for loading the items purchased. Keys aren't included with every vehicle. If anyone needs a quote to load an item, please call the Auction Company. Anyone driving a loader, forklift, or other equipment must submit proof of insurace to Auction Company before arrival.

Terms and Conditions

Settlement is Cash or Good Check with bank letter of credit. The Buyers are responible for loading there item. If you need a quote on loading a item let Auction Company know. We have not tried to start any of these vehicles. Any equipment driven on property must submit proof of insurance.
