However, if an item receives a bid within 1 minute of closing said lot, the closing for that lot will be extended 2 minutes to allow the other bidder time to bid again. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against the Auctioneer or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. The Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
